By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy & Data Use policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We may update the Service from time to time; these Terms apply to every version of it.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content — including our recommendation systems, software, design, text, and branding — are and will remain the exclusive property of LunaClone and its licensors. Music metadata and playback are provided through third-party platforms (such as Spotify) and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use the LunaClone name or logo without our prior written consent.
User Representations
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age, that any account information you provide is accurate and current, that you hold a valid account with any third-party music platform you connect, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable law and with the terms of those third-party platforms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not attempt to reverse engineer our recommendation models, scrape or bulk-export content you do not own, circumvent authentication or rate limits, or use the Service to infringe the rights of artists, labels, or other users.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Spotify) that are not owned or controlled by LunaClone. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms of every site you visit.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; deletion of associated personal data is handled as described in our Privacy & Data Use policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) will survive.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are generated automatically and are provided for discovery purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaClone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LunaClone is established, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms of Use
We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide at least 14 days’ notice in-product or by email before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
